OPHTHALMOLOGICAL DISORDERS 1. Introduction. The AIC deals with assessment of candidates and civil aircrew having certain ophthalmological disorders. Conditions of the eye not covered herein should be dealt with on the merits of the case based on ICAO guidelines. 2.
